We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Cleaner for evening shifts to join our facilities maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, during evening hours.
• Handle chemical agents safely in accordance with safety procedures for sanitation and cleaning tasks.
• Conduct custodial duties including dusting, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and surface disinfection.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages or malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment use, and manual handling.
• Support facilities maintenance efforts by ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial or residential settings.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning agents.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior experience with floor care equipment such as buffers and knowledge of floor buffing techniques is a plus.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
