Part Time Cleaning We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton.

Shifts Wednesday’s – 7:00pm – 12:30am

Sunday’s – 3:00pm – 8:30pm (an additional 4 hrs could be added to this prior to for the right applicant)

11 hours per week

Potential to add more hours

The Successful Candidates Are Required To Have The Following

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties Would Include But Not Limited To. Building Cleaning.

• Sweeping/Mopping
• Disinfecting touch points
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
• Dusting
• General cleaning duties
• Garbage removal
• This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc.
• And more as directed by supervisors.
• Helping co-workers
