Part Time - Cleaning

Maintains clean, orderly restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and shared areas throughout the facility. Completes scheduled cleaning duties, replenishes supplies, and refills the vending machine. 20 hours per week.

This position requires effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks independently. Must be able to use cleaning supplies and equipment safely, follow established cleaning procedures, and communicate effectively with the supervisor.

This position works in factory and office areas and involves standing, walking, bending, and use of cleaning equipment. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1. Clean factory and office restrooms, including toilets, sinks, walls, and stalls; replace urinal cakes as needed.

2. Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other designated paper supplies.

3. Sweep, dust mop, wet mop, and spot clean floors according to the cleaning schedule.

4. Clean sinks and drinking fountains throughout the facility, including the welding and aluminum areas, using mild cleaner and CLR as needed.

5. Clean front and back breakrooms, including sinks, counters, and tables.

6. Empty trash containers in designated offices, breakrooms, the copy room, first aid room, and drinking fountain area.

7. Clean offices and mezzanine offices by dusting surfaces, wiping telephones, and vacuuming floors.

8. Clean the copy room and first aid room, including sinks and counters; wipe high-touch surfaces such as the copier and refrigerator handles.

9. Maintain the front entrance by cleaning glass and sweeping, mopping, or spot cleaning the floor as needed.

10. Refill the vending machine and complete assigned duties according to the Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday cleaning schedules.
