SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers on an assigned shift. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

What You’ll Do:

· Supervise contract employees on assigned shift

• Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
• Mobile patrol

What You Bring:

• US citizenship
• 21 or older
• Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record
• 1 year of prior of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and previous Supervisory Experience Required
• Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Guard Card Level 2
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance-Required to already have Active
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CPR
