Part-time, Client Services Assistant

Seeking an energetic, customer-service oriented individual who is looking for a work environment that is flexible and promotes ongoing business office skill development.

Our dynamic administration team in Burlington, Ontario has an opening for you. As part-time Client Services Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support to our Brokerage's team of real estate Sales Professionals and brokerage management.

Hours vary and could include weekday evenings and weekend shifts. Weekday daytime availability would be an asset.

That support includes, but is not limited to processing listing documentation, management of showing appointments, inbound and outbound phone calls, electronic filing and general office correspondence.

Requirements:

• A professional, motivated, self-starter who is organized and enjoys multi-tasking.
• Prior real estate experience is an asset, but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm for real estate and a keen sense for effective communication, collaboration and team work. Our extensive training & mentoring prepares you to work confidently and independently during evening and weekend shifts.
