Part-Time Client Success Manager

BusySeed is a digital marketing agency that has helped more than 550 businesses grow since 2013. We're hiring a part-time Client Success Manager to be the person our clients hear from every week.

This is a junior role, and we're looking to train the right person. You don't need marketing experience. We'll teach you the BusySeed way from day one. What we need from you is passion, a real willingness to learn, and the drive to run with things on your own once you've got them down.

We use AI heavily here, so you should be comfortable on a computer and able to use AI tools. If you already use them every day, even better. But at BusySeed it's human creativity first, AI assistance second.

What you'll do

• Be the main point of contact for a group of our clients
• Run check-in calls and send clear, friendly follow-ups
• Keep track of what we promised each client and make sure it gets done on time
• Answer client questions fast, usually the same day
• Notice when a client seems unhappy and flag it to the team early
• Work with our marketing, design, and ads specialists to keep client work moving

Who you are

• Eager to learn and easy to coach
• Self-sufficient: once you know the process, you own it
• Computer savvy: you can log into and pick up new platforms quickly, and you're comfortable using AI tools
• A clear writer who is comfortable on the phone and on video calls
• Organized and reliable, and you follow through

The details

• Part-time with a flexible schedule
• $15 to $20 per hour
• Remote, with occasional in-person meetups. Rhode Island based candidates preferred
• You'll need your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
• Paid training
