Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders accurately according to packing lists for direct consumers (B2C) and retail/B2B channels.
• Inventory Control: Conduct stock counts, record incoming shipment arrivals, and assist with regular physical stock auditing.
• Inbound & Outbound Handling: Unload incoming goods from suppliers and prepare outgoing packages for courier collection or delivery drivers.
• Quality & Safety Checks: Inspect items for damage or defect prior to packing, maintaining compliance with medical device storage guidelines.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment within the warehouse facilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse work, pick/pack operations, or logistics is an advantage (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Physical Capability: Able to lift and move packages (up to 15–20 kg) and perform light physical tasks throughout shifts.
• Attributes: Attention to detail, punctual, accountable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
