Part-Time Commercial Cleaner

This is for a part time position from 10 pm to 7 am Saturday to Sunday (2 days)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have prior custodial or cleaning experience, with a focus on commercial cleaning environments. This position offers consistent work hours and the opportunity to contribute to a professional setting where attention to detail is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other designated areas within commercial buildings
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers safely and effectively
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
• Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of client premises

Experience

• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in commercial settings is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable with a professional attitude and good communication skills

Pay: $20.00 per hour
