Part-time Commis Chef

We’re looking for a Part time Kitchen porter and Commie Chef to join the kitchen team at the Queen’s Head in Tirril. We’re a busy, friendly pub with a small kitchen team, so we’re looking for someone who is reliable, passionate about food and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. The Role Working alongside our Head Chef, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

You will be happy to learn all aspects of cooking and prepairing fresh food learning from our Head and Sous Chef, we are looking for somebody who is hungry to learn and work through service evenings and weekends but will be required some mornings.

• Produce consistently high-quality food
• Help run the kitchen during busy services
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider team
• Take responsibility for the kitchen and cover the Head Chef on their days off
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organization

Pay: £10.25-£12.71 per hour
