Part-time Compliance Officer/Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Compliance Officer/Manager to join our team at Shamrock Lodge Hotel. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with a strong focus on daily hospitality operations adhere to local laws, health and safety regulations, and internal company policies.

We are looking for someone who is capable of working on their own initiative and motivate and train staff to the highest levels of service.

Role Overview

• Key Responsibilities:
• Health and Safety: Monitor food hygiene standards, fire safety protocols, and pool safety compliance.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and data privacy rules (like GDPR for guest info).
• Financial Controls: Conduct routine walkthroughs and audits of cash controls
• Operational Audits: Conduct routine walkthroughs and audits of housekeeping, kitchen, and guest areas.
• Staff Training: Educate hotel staff on safety regulations, emergency procedures, and code of conduct policies.
• Incident Investigation: Lead internal reviews of guest complaints, workplace accidents, or security breaches.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, law, or risk management.
• Experience: 3 years in hotel operations, risk assessment, or legal compliance roles.

Pay: €17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
