Part-Time Content Creator

About Bro Glo
We're the original self-tanner for men, as seen on Shark Tank. 250,000+ customers. 100M+ social media views. One product that does exactly what it promises: makes guys look like they just got back from somewhere warm. We're scaling fast and we need someone local who can sell with energy. Before you apply please check out thebroglo.com and our social media accounts.

The Role
You'll create entertaining, viral-style content for Bro Glo, the self-tanner that started in a garage, blew up on TikTok, and landed on Shark Tank. This isn't about polished commercials. It's about content people actually want to watch.

You'll film around Berks County: tailgates, golf courses, college campuses, downtown, wherever the opportunity is. You'll tan yourself or others, capture genuine reactions, run funny street interviews, and turn it all into short-form content that doesn't feel like an ad.

This is a part-time contract, performance-based role. You'll work independently most weeks, and occasionally join the Bro Glo team in person for shoot days. Creativity, confidence, and personality matter more than a perfect resume.

What You'll Do

• Create short-form videos each week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Tan yourself and/or others on camera (friends, family, or strangers) and capture authentic reactions
• Run street interviews and skits that are funny, engaging, and shareable
• Pitch your own content ideas and collaborate with the Bro Glo team on shoot days
• Edit your own videos with fast-paced cuts and clean transitions, or shoot great raw footage if editing isn't your thing (we can edit for the right person)
• Shoot everything on your phone (no expensive gear required)
• Hit deadlines and consistently deliver quality content

What We're Looking For

• Local to Berks County, PA
• Willing to tan yourself and/or others on camera
• Comfortable talking to strangers and filming in public
• Creative, funny, full of content ideas
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling
• Can edit videos that feel modern and native to social media, or willing to learn (we're also open to someone who's great on camera and lets our team handle editing)
• Comfortable speaking on camera and recording natural voiceovers
• Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction, but also up for occasional in-person shoot days with the team
• Reliable, hits deadlines
• Must speak English fluently

Pay
Monthly retainer based on an agreed number of videos (roughly 10 to 20 per month). Rate is set based on volume and scope once we align on your content plan.

Berks County, PA. Must be local. You'll work independently most of the time, with occasional in-person shoot days with the Bro Glo team.
