Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Support meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of supplies needed
• Serve food to guests in a friendly, efficient manner while adhering to proper serving protocols

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
