Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
• Follow established recipes and food preparation guidelines to ensure accurate meal assembly
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Serve meals efficiently to senior tenants maintaining good service standards
• Assist with kitchen organization, including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the workspace
• Support meal prep activities during busy periods to ensure timely service
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
• Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic kitchen experience including familiarity with cooking tools and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $21.00-$22.50 per hour
