Part - Time Cook

We have a position open for an experienced part-time cook

Primary Role;
Plan, prep, cook, and serve home style meals to clientele in a cafeteria style kitchen

¨ Creating monthly meal menu & applicable grocery orders

¨ Daily meal preparation, production, serving, & customer service

¨ Kitchen, dining room, & storage organization and cleaning

¨ Assistance with catered functions, as needed

* Monday to Friday— part time— hours vary between 7am to 2pm

* Weekends as needed

* Starting wage, $21.50 per hour

* Benefits after 3 months successful probation

* Two weeks vacation

• Minimum 2 years cooking experience in a restaurant/cafeteria style establishment

• Current Food Safe Certification

• Ability to work with volunteer help and promote teamwork in the kitchen

• Excellent communication skills with Seniors, Public, Staff and Volunteers
