Part Time Cook (Evenings Only)

Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Cook – Join the CaterCater Team at our Staff Restaurant, STS Aviation, Birmingham Airport!

Monday – Thursday // 7pm – 11pm // NO WEEKENDS!!

We’re excited to expand our service at STS Aviation to provide meals for night shift workers. Building on our lunchtime offering, night staff will now have access to a hot meal between 8pm and 10pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved from the start and help shape the future of the service.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for good food, and is looking to make a real impact on our offering.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

· Prepare fresh hot meals for evening staff, ensuring consistent quality and presentation

· Produce simple grab-and-go items as needed

· Follow any handover notes or task lists left by the day team, including prep for the following day

· Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness at all times

· Monitor stock levels and inform management of any ordering needs

· Keep the kitchen and service area clean, organised, and ready for the next day

· Support menu development and provide feedback on evening service as required

• Experience in workplace catering or staff canteens
• Experience catering for events or large groups
