Part time coordinator

We are a sports classes company looking for a flexible coordinator to help register lessons on site.

A coordinator in this role has the primary responsibility to attend different venues to assist facilities registration and student registration. The hours are flexible and depend on weekly lessons arrangements, between 4pm and 10pm.

The coordinator attendance schedule for each week will depend on the class schedule. The employee is expected to oversee the sessions in person, at different venues across HK island. In addition to this, the coordinator will assist the team to perform facilities bookings during workdays via the phone booking app.
