Part Time Credit Controller

We are looking for an organised, confident and detail-focused Credit Controller to join our team on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property tenant accounts, monitoring outstanding payments and maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring payments are received promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Contacting customers regarding overdue invoices and arranging payment
• Allocating and reconciling payments accurately
• Handling customer queries relating to invoices and payments
• Following up outstanding debts in a professional and courteous manner
• Working closely with colleagues to resolve account queries
• Providing regular updates on outstanding accounts
• Undertaking bank reconciliations

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in credit control, accounts receivable or a similar role
• Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and able to manage their own workload
• Professional, reliable and approachable
• Competent using Microsoft Office and accounting systems

Previous credit control or accounts experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider candidates with relevant transferable experience.
