Responsibilities

• Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation without risk.
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and restocking supplies regularly.
• Operate cleaning equipment efficiently to ensure optimal floor care, buffing, and overall cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment including floor buffers.
• Ability to handle chemical agents safely by understanding chemical handling safety procedures.
• Physical stamina for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and residents.

Multiple positions available. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Start time is 6pm (timing is flexible) 1.5 HRS each night.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
