We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Part Time Customer Service representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly and helpful voice for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in person or over the phone
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing processes
• Manage customer accounts and update records as needed
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, demonstrating patience and problem-solving skills
• Support management by supervising daily customer interactions and ensuring service standards are maintained
• Assist with basic math calculations related to billing or account adjustments
• Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and loyalty

• Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide colleagues in delivering excellent service
• Customer Service experience, demonstrating a friendly, approachable demeanor
