We're partnering with a growing Australian consumer brand seeking a warm, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to become the voice of the business. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 15 hours per week across weekday mornings, making it ideal for someone returning to work, seeking work-life balance, or looking for a long-term role where they can truly make a difference.

Your new role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage enquiries across email, phone, social media, reviews and live chat, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy and care. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, communicate updates and help maintain a consistently outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels
• Resolving product and service-related concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Coordinating customer communications relating to orders, deliveries and account enquiries
• Maintaining customer service resources, templates and support tools
• Identifying recurring customer trends and contributing to monthly reporting
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or a customer-facing coordination role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• The ability to stay calm and professional when handling challenging situations
• Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
