Part-time Customer Service Representative

We are seeking friendly and service-minded candidates to support customer service and visitor engagement at residential property show flats. This part-time role is suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting people, presenting project features and supporting on-site activities.

1.          Key Responsibilities:

• Present the property, show flats and key project features to visitors;
• Provide customer service support and handle visitor enquiries in a professional manner;
• Assist with sales activities and on-site operations;
• Provide administrative and clerical support;

2.          Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above;
• Strong presentation and client servicing skills;
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Flexible to work shifts and irregular hours when required.
