Part- Time Customer Service Representative

PART - TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Valley Animal Hospital is seeking passionate and dependable individuals who are interested in client and patient services to add to our growing practice! The primary job for a Part- Time Client Service Representative is to exceed client’s expectations for outstanding client service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy.

Our CSR's daily duties include but not limited to; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for a wide variety of services, maintaining accurate client and patient information, collecting payments, emergency patient triage, lobby upkeep, and addressing client questions or concerns.

We are looking for those who strive to make a difference in the lives of our patients, as well as our clients! Working well on a team is a must, as every department in our hospital collaborates together to ensure the client/patient experience is one of a kind. Our hospital excels on maintaining a welcoming environment where employees from every department can openly ask questions and receive support and encouragement.

Requirements You must have a strong foundational understanding and can perform the basic responsibilities including (but not limited to):

• Multi Task
• Payment Handling
• Telephone Skills
• Client Communication Skills
• Veterinary Knowledge
• Computer Skills-Knowledge of Vetcove is a plus!

Hours of Operation

Part-time candidates must have open availability to work through the week

• Mon – Fri (1pm – 6:00pm)
• Rotating Saturday (8:00am - 1:00pm)
• Closed Sundays

Hourly Wage Range: $16-$18 an hour
