We’re looking for a friendly, dependable part-time Customer Service Representative to reconnect with previous customers and welcome them back to the dealership. You’ll make outbound calls, learn about customers’ current automotive needs, and help schedule appointments with our sales and service teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, listens well, and follows through.

What You’ll Do

• Call previous sales and service customers to reconnect with McGraw Ford.
• Ask about their ownership experience and identify upcoming vehicle or service needs.
• Invite customers back and schedule sales or service appointments.
• Share dealership updates and relevant offers provided by management.
• Record conversations, update contact information, and track follow-up activities in our customer management system.
• Communicate customer concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Work toward established goals for calls, appointments, and customer engagement.
• Respect customer communication preferences and maintain confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, professional phone presence and strong listening skills.
• Comfort making outbound calls and speaking with a variety of customers.
• A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection politely.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our customer management system.
• Customer service, call center, appointment-setting, or dealership experience is a plus.
