Part-Time Data Capturer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Capturer to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining company records and databases, while working efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry into company systems with high accuracy.
• Verification of information to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Maintaining records in compliance with company policies.
• Reporting discrepancies or errors to management.
• Supporting administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in data capturing or administrative support.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, database systems).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
• Knowledge of ERP software will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand projects and workflows.
• Work fast and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
