PART-TIME DATA ENTRY CLERK (FINANCE SUPPORT)

We are looking for a Part‑Time Data Entry Clerk to support the Finance team with data entry, documentation and basic administrative work. A key part of the role involves handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
This is a short‑term contract position (1–3 months) based at our HQ in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and update Finance records in the company system
• Organise, file and maintain physical and electronic documents and supporting records.
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy before processing or filing.
• Follow up internally on missing or incomplete documents where required.
• Assist with other basic administrative tasks related to Finance as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and able to handle repetitive data entry accurately.
• Organized and comfortable working with documents, records and administrative processes.
• Responsible and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in administration or data entry is an advantage but not compulsory.

Working Arrangement

• Duration: 1–3 months (with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs)
• Working Days: Monday - Friday (5 days per week)
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Morning: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Hourly Rate: RM10.00/hour
• Expected Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Location: Company HQ, Petaling Jaya

Pay: RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
