Part-Time Day Porter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Day Porter to join our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean and orderly environment at a financial institution in Phoenix, AZ.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform general office cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, common areas, entrances, and other assigned spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with power washing, deep cleaning, and other ad hoc tasks.
• Follow site security rules and respect confidential materials and property.

Requirements

• Must speak and read English fluently.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Dependable and able to follow instructions and work schedules.
• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial settings.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Skilled in operating cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safety protocol adherence at all times.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
