Summary

As a Part Time Dental Receptionist, you’ll help keep the practice’s front desk running smoothly. Your impact: clear, helpful reception support helps patients navigate appointments and feel welcomed when accessing dental care.
Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support them at reception.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Help maintain an organised and efficient front desk.
• Taking of patient charges.
• Correct Banking each day.
• Communicate helpfully with patients and colleagues.
• Contribute to a friendly experience across the practice.
• Qualifications
• Experience in Dentally software an advantage
• Relevant office experience.
• Relevant administrative experience.
• Preferred: experience supporting a busy dental reception or office environment.
• Preferred: clear, courteous communication with patients and colleagues.
• Preferred: an organised, helpful approach to front-desk tasks.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
