We are seeking an experienced, motivated dentist to join our busy, well-established, privately owned dental practice in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.

The position is currently available Monday, Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

About the Practice

You will be joining a busy, high-performing and long-established private practice with an excellent reputation and strong patient demand. We attract approximately 40 new patients every week, providing excellent opportunities for continued professional and clinical growth.

Our practice has 10 fully equipped treatment rooms and an extensive team of dentists and Oral Health Therapists. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, collaborative environment where clinicians are well supported by an experienced team, including dedicated treatment coordinators who assist both dentists and patients throughout the treatment journey.

There will be excellent opportunities to receive internal referrals from fellow clinicians, particularly in areas of dentistry you are interested in pursuing.

An interest in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and endodontics would be a definite advantage.

The Opportunity

This position would suit a dentist with several years of clinical experience who is looking to join a supportive, established practice with a strong flow of patients.

The position is commission-based, with remuneration reflecting the opportunity and patient base available.

You will have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient base and, where appropriate, develop your interests in areas such as orthodontics, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, implants and advanced restorative dentistry.
