Part-time Digital Assistant (Ecommerce Dept)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant, Digital to support APAC digital function. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ecommerce and digital operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy. The Assistant will play a key role in consolidating market data/ inputs, ensuring data integrity, and supporting digital operation processes and templates setup across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Accuracy Checks:

  • Input digital and ecommerce-related data into internal systems and trackers.
  • Perform audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Flag discrepancies and support resolution processes.

• Market Input Consolidation:

  • Collect and organize digital performance data and market feedback from regional teams.
  • Assist in compiling reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of weekly report data presentations.

• Digital Operations Support:

  • Assist in maintaining digital content calendars and campaign trackers.
  • Support ecommerce and digital marketing teams with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data tools.
• Interest in retail, ecommerce, and digital transformation.
