What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work in one of our group homes located throughout Wichita , helping individuals with daily living and personal goals.

• Support adults with disabilities in daily activities
• Teach life skills and encourage independence
• Assist with personal care and household tasks
• Participate in fun community outings and activities

Pay

• Second Shift Weekday: $15.75 per hour/Second Shift Weekend: $16.75 per hour

Flexible Schedules & Locations We offer a wide variety of part-time schedules and have multiple group homes across the Wichita area . If selected for a pre-screen interview, we'll review all open locations and schedules that best match your availability and preferences.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma, GED, or WorkKeys Bronze
• Valid driver's license (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Available for 2–4 weeks of paid training (M–F, 8:30–5:00)

Optional: Spanish or ASL bilingual skills (not required)
