About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized care and support. This is a part-time position.

Schedule Details:

• Hours Needed: Between 01:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• Weekly Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support and supervision in the home and community
• Assist with daily living skills, household chores, recreational activities, and personal care as needed
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment
• Follow the individual’s person-centered plan and support strategies
• Complete accurate documentation of services provided

What You’ll Need

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to daily support needs
• Comfortable with total personal care and ADL assistance
• Experience supporting non-verbal individuals is preferred
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Patience, empathy, and strong observational skills
