Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
• Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Support banquet operations by keeping service areas stocked with necessary items.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods.
