Part Time E-Commerce Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across the Company’s eCommerce channels, including official online stores and third-party marketplaces.
• Support website and online platform updates, including homepage banners, campaign pages, product content, pricing, and promotional mechanics.
• Assist in promotion setting of third-party marketplace and official website.
• Assist in the planning and execution of online promotional campaigns in line with the overall digital and commercial calendar.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and coordinate with relevant teams on replenishment, stock allocation, and logistics arrangements.
• Conduct routine checks on eCommerce platforms to ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and website content are accurate and up to date.
• Support ad hoc eCommerce projects, system updates, and operational initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or above in Marketing, Digital Media, eCommerce, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in eCommerce operations online retail, digital marketing, or marketplace management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other basic design and content-creation tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage product information, pricing, promotions, and content accurately.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
