Part-Time E-commerce Growth & Content Associate

Shade Solar makes solar lights that actually work in shade. We sell direct to US customers through our website and Etsy shop. We are looking for a self-driven person in Bengaluru with one goal: grow our online sales.

What you will own

• Growing revenue on our website and Etsy shop. That is the job.
• Deciding how to get there: creating Reels for Instagram and Facebook, partnering with influencers and creators, improving our listings, or anything else you believe will sell more
• Planning, creating and running all of it yourself, without paid ads
• A short weekly update on what you did, what it produced and what is next

You have

• A track record of growing followers or sales for a brand, a shop or your own page
• Skill creating short-form video content
• Good written English
• The drive to work independently, try things, and double down on what works
• You live in Bengaluru (required)

Details

• 12 hours a week, flexible timing, fully remote
• ₹15,000 per month plus up to ₹2,500 monthly bonus when online sales grow
• Paid 30-day trial, then ongoing

How we hire: short screening questions, a small paid test task, then a 20-minute video call.

Pay: ₹9,700.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
