Job Description

【Job Responsibility】

1. Arrange daily ecommerce orders (packing, arrange shipment and backend system storage clearance)

2. Warehouse product management and organization

3. Overseas shipment arrival clearance and organization

4. Assist operation manager on the operation tasks (e.g., communications between departments, contacting material production, etc.)

5. Admin work (e.g., document organizing, important parcel sending)

6. Other tasks that the manater arranges

【Job Requrement】

1. With good Chinese & English communication skills（需要使用中文系统）

2. With basic skill in Microsoft (word, excel, ppt, etc.)

3. With strong learning ability and strong teamwork

4. With positive working attitude and strong execution ability, can complete the tasks in time

5. Can work for at least 1 month

【Good to have】

1. Strong comprehensive ability with willing to work hard and work stably

2. Major in Operations is a plus

3. Experienced in operation is a plus

1. Working location：Yishun

2. Working Hours & Part-Time Arrangement

Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Part-time staff may choose to work either a morning half-day shift or an afternoon half-day shift, and those who are available to work full-day shifts are also welcome.

We are currently giving preference to candidates who are available for afternoon shifts and/or Saturdays.

Actual working days and hours will be arranged based on your availability and the company’s work schedule, and will be mutually agreed upon.
