Part-Time Esthetician

Licensed Esthetician - Oasis MedSpa & Salon

Oasis MedSpa & Salon is a luxury MedSpa and Salon in Woodinville dedicated to exceptional guest experiences and beautiful results. We're looking for a Washington State Licensed Esthetician who loves skincare, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is excited about growing their own clientele within an established MedSpa and Salon.

This is a great opportunity for an esthetician who wants to grow with us. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, confident recommending services and home care, and understands that building a successful book takes both exceptional treatments and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services including customized facials, chemical peels, body treatments, lash extensions, and facial and full-body waxing
• Provide thoughtful consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare and recommend appropriate home-care products
• Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and client relationships
• Help grow your book through rebooking, referrals, service recommendations and client retention
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and follow all safety and sanitation standards
• Stay knowledgeable about Oasis products, services and treatment protocols

Schedule

Monday 2-7

Friday 11-7

Saturday 9-5

Additional days/hours may become available as clientele and demand grow.

Compensation

35% commission + client tips

Estimated annual earnings of $35,000-$85,000+, depending on schedule, productivity, clientele, rebooking and tips. This is a growth-oriented position, and earnings will increase as the esthetician builds and retains their client base.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Esthetician License
• Passion for skincare and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Comfortable recommending products and additional services when appropriate
• Motivated to actively build and retain a clientele
• Reliable availability Monday, Friday and Saturday
• Experience with facial and body waxing
• PCA Skin certification preferred
• Lash extension experience preferred
