Spavia Day Spa - Bridge Park

Licensed Esthetician - Part-Time
Spavia Day Spa - Bridge Park
Spavia Bridge Park is seeking a talented, dependable Licensed Esthetician to join our growing skincare team. We are looking for someone who delivers an exceptional facial experience, connects naturally with guests, and wants to build a loyal book of repeat clients.
What We're Looking For:
 Active Ohio Esthetician license
 Strong facial and skincare skills; spa experience preferred
 Excellent touch, facial massage, and treatment flow
 Ability to customize services and confidently recommend home care
 Warm, professional guest communication
 Commitment to rebooking and building long-term guest relationships
 Dependable attendance and consistent schedule availability
 Comfortable receiving coaching, practical evaluations, and ongoing training
 Ability to support retail and service enhancements without creating a high-pressure sales experience
Schedule:
This is a part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week to start.
Required priority availability:
 Thursday afternoons/evenings
 Friday afternoons/evenings
 Saturday
Additional weekday/evening availability is a plus.
What Success Looks Like at Spavia:
We do not measure success simply by how many appointments you perform. We want our Estheticians to develop a loyal clientele by consistently delivering an experience that makes guests want to return. We support our Estheticians with marketing, new-guest opportunities, training, and coaching as they develop their books. As clientele and performance grow, there may be opportunities for additional hours.
Ideal Candidate:
We are especially interested in an Esthetician who genuinely enjoys facials and skincare, rather than someone primarily seeking a waxing position. Experience is valuable, but exceptional guest care, reliability, coachability, and a desire to grow are equally important.
Pay: From $25.72 per hour
