Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Front Desk Associate experience in a fast-paced office setting.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
• Chiropractic office experience is preferred, but not required (we will train the right person).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage patient flow, answer phone calls and respond to digital correspondence, process patient payments,
• input/update patient information, other clerical duties, assisting in maintaining cleanliness of the building as needed,etc.This position is PART-TIME; Approximately 13.5 to 16.5 hours per week.
• Applicants must be available to work afternoon/evening shift on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 PM until approximately 8 PM, and some Saturdays from 9 AM until approximately 12PM.
• (Start time during probationary period will be 2 PM to allow for focused on-the-job training).Pay rate: $16-$18 per hour depending on previous experience.
