• Greet guests with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide accurate wait times and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with answering phone calls and taking to-go orders
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with grace and professionalism
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Basic computer skills for operating reservation systems

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a busy restaurant floor

• must be available to work weekends and holidays

• Part time evenings 4pm to 10pm Mon- Thur and 4pm to 11pm Fri & Sat
