About the role
We're looking for a part-time Event Coordinator based in Bangkok to support an upcoming international culinary event, covering both pre-event planning and on-the-ground, day-of coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise directly with local vendors and suppliers (F&B, transport, production, equipment)
- Support pre-event planning: sourcing quotes, tracking confirmations, coordinating timelines
- Run on-site coordination during the event days — managing schedules, troubleshooting on the ground, and acting as the local point of contact
About you
- Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written) — essential
- Based in or near Bangkok, with existing knowledge of local restaurants/venues a strong plus
- Prior event, hospitality, or hotel-industry experience preferred
- Available for both pre-event planning hours and full-day availability during the event itself
