Role Overview

• We are seeking poised, articulate, and engaging Part-Time Docents to deliver exceptional tour experiences for an upcoming high-profile luxury exhibition. As the brand representative, you will guide guests through curated displays, sharing rich storytelling, heritage, and product craftsmanship with sophistication and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interactive guided tours for VIP guests, media, and visitors in both Cantonese and English.
• Articulate exhibition narratives, brand history, and luxury concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Provide an exceptional visitor experience by maintaining a warm, cheerful, and approachable demeanor throughout every session.
• Complete all mandatory pre-event training sessions to master exhibition content, etiquette, and brand guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to luxury presentation and grooming standards during shifts.

Selection Criteria

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.
• Industry Awareness: Strong background or understanding of luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium events.
• Communication & Demeanor: Excellent verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and a naturally cheerful, friendly personality.
• Learning Agility: Highly adaptable with a strong capacity to learn complex brand stories and information quickly.
• Presentation & Physical Criteria: Excellent visual presentation, highly polished personal grooming, and a minimum height of 165cm.
• Eligibility: Open to both local and foreign candidates holding valid local employment authorization.

Training

• Comprehensive pre-event training will be provided prior to the exhibition launch.

Part-Time On-Site Translator (13th - 19th Oct 2026)

Key Responsibilities

• Stay with our in-house watchmaking who comes from The Manufacture, during the opening hours of Exhibition
• Translation between FR and EN, even better if the candidate is fluent in FR, EN and Cantonese

Selection Criteria

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken French and English; Fluent in Cantonese is advantage
• No particular preference on gender
