Part Time Event Staff Position

Temple Beth Israel, a reform synagogue in York, PA is seeking a server for Friday night services, plus other events throughout the year.

Tasks include:

· Set up tables for food and beverages

· Set Shabbat candles out

· Organize food on serving trays

· Make coffee and prepare other drinks

· After services, put all food away

· Clean dishes and vacuum floors

· Take trash to outside bins

Job Requirements:

· Responsible and self-motivated

· Physically able to perform job tasks

· Arrive before event for set up and leave after event ends

· Work every other Friday evening 6-9 pm (approximately)

· Other event opportunities available

· Payroll is done every two weeks and is taxable

· Position pays $100 per event

· Server must have their own transportation
