· Maintain consistently high standards of quality, presentation and design.
· Process, condition and care for flowers correctly to ensure freshness and longevity.
· Process orders and prepare flowers and arrangements to a high standard, we use Florist Window.
· Maintain an organised, clean and well-presented working environment.

· Keep up to date with seasonal flowers, floral trends and developments within the industry.
· Contribute new ideas, designs and creative suggestions to the team.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
· Support fellow team members.
· Be flexible and willing to take on a wide variety of tasks as part of the day-to-day running of the business.
