Role Description The Part Time Flex Associate role at Pandora in Dayton, OH is an on-site position focused on delivering an engaging and premium customer experience in the store. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending jewellery products that align with their style and preferences. The role involves learning and maintaining strong product knowledge, supporting sales floor activities, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing. The Part Time Flex Associate may also assist with stock replenishment, merchandising displays, and participation in in-store events or promotions. This part time role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed individual and store performance goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, respond to customer needs, and foster long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills and a willingness to continuously learn about Pandora’s collections, materials, and brand values.
• Relevant experience in a retail or fashion environment, especially jewellery or accessories, is beneficial.
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset; basic math and POS/cash-handling skills are preferred.
