We're currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as a Floater. Age Group : 6 weeks- 5 years

Your Impact At CCA

• Uphold Excellence in Care: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, follow stringent safety protocols, and ensure a healthy, stimulating environment for our infants and toddlers.

We're Looking For

• Individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent; a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• At least six months of experience in a licensed childcare setting, working specifically with infants.
• A heart committed to the values and principles of Christian care and education.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid, or the willingness to obtain them upon hire.
• Strong team players who demonstrate patience, respectfulness, integrity, and self-control.
