Part time flooring helper

Workhorse Flooring LLC is looking for a dependable part-time helper to join our crew.

We’re a small, locally owned flooring company that takes pride in doing quality work. If you’re someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, shows up on time, and wants to learn a trade, we’d like to meet you.

You don’t need flooring experience. We’ll teach you. What we can’t teach is showing up, working hard, and having a good attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping install LVP, laminate, hardwood, carpet, and other flooring.
• Tearing out old flooring.
• Carrying materials and tools.
• Keeping job sites clean and organized.
• Learning the flooring trade from experienced installers.
• Doing whatever needs to be done to get the job finished right.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and on time.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Not afraid to get dirty and work hard.
• Positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Someone who takes pride in doing quality work.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
• Flexible part-time hours.
• On-the-job training.
• Opportunity for more hours as we continue to grow.
• A crew that works hard, has each other’s backs, and takes pride in the finished product.
