Part-Time Food Production

Myco & Meli is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to help craft our premium mushroom-infused honey products.

This is a great position for someone with experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, catering, food manufacturing, or other food production environment who enjoys organized, independent, hands-on work.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, bakery, catering, or food production experience required
• Must be able to safely lift 60 lb honey buckets and other heavy kitchen equipment repeatedly during a shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to accurately follow recipes and written procedures
• A good eye and care for quality control
• Reliable transportation to our commercial kitchen in Saint Nazianz
• Repetitive motions and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Self-motivated and able to work independently after training
• Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and producing high-quality products

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare mushroom honey products following established recipes
• Fill jars accurately and consistently
• Apply labels and batch information
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Wash and sanitize glass jars and equipment
• Assist with inventory and production organization as needed
