Part-Time Front Desk Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to parents, students and walk-in enquiries.
• Explain music courses and enrolment procedures.
• Arrange class schedules.
• Assist with student enrolments.
• Follow up on enquiries and assist with sales.
• Handle payments and issue receipts.
• Update student records, attendance and class schedules accurately.
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Support teachers with daily administrative tasks.
• Keep the school clean, tidy and organised.
• Help ensure students’ safety while they are at school.

Job Requirements

• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Friendly, outgoing and cheerful, with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate confidently with parents and students.
• Good customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willing to learn and assist with sales.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No experience required. Training will be provided.
