Home2 Suites by Hilton St. Louis/Forest Park is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to create exceptional experiences for our guests.

Position Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering the Hilton hospitality experience. You will assist with guest arrivals and departures, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Make and modify reservations
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow all Hilton brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, customer service, or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Schedule

• Part-Time Position
• Approximately 16 to 24 hours per week
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
