Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage check-in and check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills
• Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests using hospitality reservation systems
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and guest services to enhance guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, room assignments, and billing details
• Support hotel emergency procedures by responding promptly to incidents or safety concerns
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
• Uphold guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred
• Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is advantageous
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and communication excellence
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is beneficial
• Experience working in resort environments or with hotel experience enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
